ValheimにはMODメニューがありません。MODはゲームフォルダに置くBepInExプラグインで、r2modmanやVortexなどのMODマネージャーで導入します。共有ワールドを変えるMODは、サーバーと全プレイヤーのゲームで動いている必要があります。

ゲームをMOD版として示すMODを読み込むと、スタート画面にこの通知が表示され、読み込んでいる間は実績が解除されません:
