Mod di Valheim da Thunderstore, Nexus Mods e Hexium, pagina 15

Valheim non ha un menu delle mod: le mod sono plugin BepInEx nella cartella del gioco, installati con un gestore come r2modman o Vortex, e una mod che cambia il mondo condiviso deve girare sul server e nel gioco di ogni giocatore.

Una mod che segna il gioco come modificato fa mostrare questo avviso nella schermata iniziale, e nessun obiettivo si sblocca finché è caricata:
